Refund Policy

At Tapovana, we are committed to providing quality yoga classes and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure fairness for both our students and our community. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds for class subscriptions and donations.

Class Subscription Refunds

Cancellation Before Class

If you cancel your class subscription at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time, you may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward future classes, subject to our discretion.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class may not be eligible for a refund, but we may offer credit toward future classes on a case-by-case basis.

Class Cancellation by Tapovana

If we cancel a class due to instructor unavailability, weather, or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

Medical Emergencies

In cases of medical emergency or injury that prevents you from attending classes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation and may offer a refund or credit toward future classes. Medical documentation may be required.

Donation Refunds

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our yoga community and are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Processing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Technical issues that resulted in an incorrect donation amount

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Send you an email confirmation of the refund
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at yoga@tapovana.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your name and email address used for the subscription or donation
  • Date of the transaction or class
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation (e.g., medical certificate, proof of cancellation)

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Donations (except in cases of processing errors)
  • Classes that have already been attended
  • No-shows without prior cancellation
  • Special events or workshops (unless cancelled by Tapovana)
