• Class levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, All Levels) are provided as guidance
• Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness level and capabilities
• We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program

• Donations are voluntary contributions to support our yoga community
• All donations are processed securely through our payment gateway
• Donations are non-refundable unless there is a processing error
• We are grateful for your support in helping us maintain and grow our yoga community

Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk. You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and may involve risk of injury. You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating in classes. Tapovana and its instructors are not liable for any injuries that may occur during class participation.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds for class subscriptions. In summary, refunds may be available for cancelled classes or in cases of medical emergency, subject to our discretion and policy terms.
